I have loved my time at Shear Wattage due to its strong sense of family. I feel valued and grateful for the opportunity to work in such a fantastic environment. The relaxed atmosphere is unlike any other workplace I have experienced, fostering a true sense of camaraderie among us. We are not just coworkers, but a close-knit family.
My decision to join Shear Wattage was greatly influenced by Kate, who created the possibility of working for myself and succeeding. Meeting with her and dragging my husband along for lunch solidified it for me that this was the right fit for my business, and I have never looked back since.
I cannot envision myself working anywhere else. Together, we survived the challenges of a pandemic and various other trials. The women I work with are truly exceptional, and their support and encouragement have been invaluable to me as a stylist. They truly rock!
